Oval International is a tertiary institution, providing education and training at all NQF levels. The college offers computer and management education. In 1989, it conceptualised a comprehensive Computers and Administration 1 Year programme. In 1990, Oval International, under the name Natal Computer College (NCC) opened its doors for the first time in Victoria Street, Durban and registered a record 200 learners onto its academic programme. It also offers public relations, travel and tourism.
